Ordering Information
Orders can be placed by phone Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM or anytime by email, fax or postal mail. After office hours, you may leave your contact information on the answering machine and we will return your call as soon as possible. We routinely confirm all orders with an email sales order confirmation. If you have not received the confirmation within one business day after placing the order please re-contact us as it is possible that we did not receive the information.
We ship orders using the best method available for the order based on cost and delivery. If you need the products by a definite date please advise us at the time of placing the order. Generally most orders ship via UPS ground or Priority Mail. Therefore we need to get both the UPS address as well as your mailing address for the order information. We have a very high percentage of stocked items at either our New Hampshire warehouse or one of our contracted warehouses strategically located around the U.S. If an item should happen to be out of stock we will contact you and advise when it will be available for shipment.
ORDER FORM: Our order form can be copied into most computers. Click on the Order Form link below, highlight the form, click EDIT, then click COPY. Paste the form to your email text body, enter ORDER in the subject field, type in your information on the form and email . As an alternative, print out and fax your order to us at (603) 787-2221.
QUOTATIONS: If you have received a quote from us please reference the quotation number or let us know the date of the quote and with whom you spoke. If it was an email quote and you can forward the quote to us that is extremely helpful.

PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. Please supply the following information: Card type, exact name shown on card, billing address for cardholder, credit card number, expiration date, and the 3- or 4-digit security code usually shown on the right side or on the back of the card. If for security reasons you prefer not to email your credit card information you may either fax it to us at (603) 787-2221 or telephone us during office hours.
BUSINESSES: If you wish to apply for open account status simply contact us and request our Credit Application which we will fax to you. Once we receive the completed application we are normally able to complete our credit review within a few days.
U.S GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY: Usually no credit review is required for billable open terms and government credit cards are also accepted.
