Quotations received previously: If you have received a quote by email or fax, please have the date of the quote, who quoted, and the description and cost/ft etc quoted.
U.S. Government and military: usually no credit ref. criteria required for billable open terms. Government credit cards accepted.
Businesses: If you wish to apply for Net 30 open account, simply contact us for our Credit Application which we will immediately fax to you. If all of the requested info is supplied, we can usually finish a credit line request within 2 days. We particularly need fax #s and account #s of commercial references to expedite credit clearance.
Credit Card Purchase: Please supply the following information:
Card Type, Card acct name, exact name of card holder, billing address for the card holder, expiration date AND on the back of the card, look for a 3 digit code usually found to the right of the account #. This is often not identified but is a "security code". If it is on your card, we need it. If not, no problem. Please include your day and eve tel #. Thank you
SENDING CARD INFO: For security reasons, if email, you may want to split up the account # over 2 emails, although this is still a risk. Faxing your card info (required info above), is most secure: fax# is 603 787 2221.

Communications Regarding Order Status:
Although we find that many customers do not trust businesses to answer emails, faxes or telephone messages, we quickly answer these because we must prove to customers, for both Customer Satisfaction and to minimize our costs, that we do so. Inquiries to place orders, check on orders, and any other calls are handled on the basis of the date and time received. PLEASE use email or faxes. If that is not possible, call us (FIRST) on our toll free 1-800-328-4773 (800-DAVIS RF). If that line is busy, please call (SECOND) at 1-603-787-2200 or -2391 . NOTE: Please leave a message on our voice mail as WE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL. If you then call us on another line, let us know which line you left the message on as different people answer different lines and we strongly desire not to take our time, or yours, in calling back if you have already been satisfied, which you WILL BE, sooner than later.
IMPORTANT: When ordering: It is IMPORTANT to indicate the maximum outside date that you can receive the order. If you do not have a rush, please date appropriately. We ship usually same day to an unusual max. of 48 hours. Overnight, 2 day or 3 day shipping time orders are shipped same day unless received too late in the day to do so. The carriers we use will deliver in up to a maximum of 5 business days (to Mountain or West Coast states) via their slowest, l east expensive, method, so please allow enough time for us to process your order to meet your receiving date needs. If you do not need to receive an order within 5 business days (W Coast/Mtn), please tell us and the maximum will be usually 7 business days.
Product Availability: We have a very high percentage of stocked items either at one of our four owned warehouses, or one of our 5 contracted warehouses, all of which are strategically located over the U.S. and Canada. These geographical locations are designed to cut shipping time to your destination and to reduce your cost. Occasionally the systems we interface with do not correctly reflect stock availability. In the unlikely event of being out of stock, you will be advised within 2 to a maximum of 5 business days and also when it will be in stock for shipment. Out of stock is NOT the same as "back ordered" in our firm, vs. most others. If you receive a pack slip or invoice (bill) which notes one or more items in the "Shipped" column and one or more items in the "back Order" column, may only mean that your order is being shipped from more than one warehouse.
